Context/Scope:DBS will set the global strategy to maintain roadmaps, develop and deploy services.
Prioritisation for the Application & Technology Services (ATS) Global Applications CoE will
drive costs and service offerings globally in the context of driving NSV growth, lowering
operating costs and driving productivity/efficiency gains by leveraging Centres of
Excellence.
We currently have Build Factories for SAP ECC and SAP PO, a Test Factory which
carries out Product Testing and Regression Testing, as well as API, TAC, SAC and MAC
Factories. We have continued to focus on reducing cost and improving quality whilst
minimising delivery risk, improving speed and providing complete transparency.
We continue to evolve our delivery operating model and we are extending our service

- This role would develop and maintain automation scripts used for Global Applications within ATS.
- Script design, test script generation/maintenance, test execution, report generation, results analysis, bottleneck analysis, defect generation and following up for closure.
- Drives continual improvement of the automation and testing process.
- Contributes to developing and enhancing the automation framework as well as keeping it upto date with changes in functionality
- Applies testing tools and technologies to support the testing process and framework across an integrated Agile software development lifecycle.
- Accountable for adherence to procedures and deliverables, defect leakage targets, root cause analysis and process improvements in collaboration.
- Ensure on time delivery of Testing activities
- Ensure quality of testing across all the key applications
- Drive Productivity improvement across test phases.
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science Engineering or related computer field
- 4-6 years of experience in automation and performance testing.
- Proficient in API & Web UI automation/performance testing, load testing, concurrent usage testing, stress testing
- Hands-on experience with building, configuring and maintaining scalable,portable, and configurable automation and performance test frameworks
- Proficient in test tools like LeanFT, UFT, Selenium, Load runner
- Expertise in test automation methodologies, frameworks, devops, scripting VB, Python, Shell etc
- Working knowledge in configuration management and defect management tools HP ALM, JIRA, GitHub etc
- Proficient in functioning in an Agile team
- Exposure to Enterprise applications like SAP, Workday, Salesforce etc will be an added advantage.
- Language should be fluent oral and written
- Lack of ability to understand requirements & deliver
- Poor communication and engagement skills
- Insufficient knowledge or fluency of English language
- Unable to flex style and flex time across time zones as require
- Unable to work in open environment and respect values of others
