- Understands business automation requirements and devises a the automation approach
- Identify and define process optimization and automation opportunities for all business functions
- Helps the teams in understanding and analysis automation opportunities
- Drives automation innovations in collaboration with the other teams
- Define & build the automation/workflow solutions to manage distribution, release & deployment
- Provide operational support of automation systems and workflows.
- Drive ongoing efforts aimed at process automation and integration.
- Review and assess new technologies as they apply to process automation.
- Monitor and report on the status of automation efforts.
- Builds successful relationships inside and outside the organization to meet overall objectives.
- Own & developRPABook of Knowledge (BoK) and manage training and automation tool technology accreditation ofRPAteam members.
- Troubleshoot and drive resolutions with team to ensure reliable and operationally effective flow of process, improve processes and increase productivity.
- Identify business process improvement opportunities and drive the process improvements across multiple teams. Help to drive the standardization of business process across multiple business lines, working closely with stakeholders, operations and technical teams.
- Overall 6-8 years of total experience.
- 3+ years of relevant experience in shared services and RPA projects
- 3+ years’ Experience in implementing Software Robotics and automation projects
- Strong technical project management, interpersonal, negotiation, communication, presentation, documentation and problem solving skills
- Ability to act independently, take initiative and drive tasks and issues to resolution.
- Should have designed, developed automation framework, and improved automation frameworks.
- Ability to translate functional requirements into detailed test design scenarios, test cases and automation scripts.
- Experience of exception handling.
- Experience of creating flow chart based on business process understanding
- Must have handled production support team.
- Hands on experience on VM infrastructure, Client/Server Model.
- Hands on experience on AA Control Room.
- Expertise on problem solving skills
- AA Trainer experience is added advantage.
