Job Description
HelloWe are currently looking to expand the team and looking to add up 5 to 7 team members including Team Leaders. I am looking for a Senior Search Partner for both IT and Non IT (Non IT mainly for NBFC / Insurance clients). This role reports under me and will entail Recruitment / Search along with Client Engagement & Management. Business Development is optional; there will be separate profit share over and above the salary for the clients which you will bring in. I am flexible to have this role working virtually out of home as well. Compensation is very lucrative and consists of Fixed Salary plus Bonus per invoice closure; this can be discussed over a call / in person.Would prefer candidates from Mumbai, however we are open to hire candidates from other cities as well.
