Position: Senior Search Consultant

  • Please note that this is not a freelancing assignment. This is a consulting engagement wherein you will be earning consulting fees on a monthly basis linked to your productivity/output.
  • This consulting engagement has been specially designed to cater to the needs of ambitious and career-oriented women who have sound corporate experience and are now looking for a flexitime work-from-home opportunity in order to balance their personal and professional priorities.

Required Competencies and Skills

  • A strong will to achieve and excel. Positive attitude. Willingness to adapt and learn quickly.
  • Very strong English communication skills (verbal and written) coupled with a high level of confidence to engage with senior professionals.

  • Minimum 4 years of experience working in a professional/corporate organisation.
