You work to provide hands-on technical expertise to design, deploy, secure and optimize Cloud services.
Position Overview
Responsibilities for this position are for running the services comprising the workspace experience platform. Digital transformation requires businesses to provide a superior employee experience for higher productivity and stronger security policies for data loss prevention. Only Citrix Workspace offers a user-centric experience where everything you need to work is in one unified app, with conditional access and performance made simple based on user context and IT-designed policies. Citrix Workspace fully aggregates all apps and data across all applications—both on-premises and cloud—to deliver the right experience to the right user at the right time.
Role Responsibilities
You will lead work with the development teams to design scalable, robust systems using cloud architecture
Will design automation using industry tools (like Jenkins, Ansible, Spinnaker, etc) to deploy hundreds of different services
You will ensure a high degree of availability across all of our service offerings
Will identify bottlenecks and problems throughout the infrastructure
Will lead projects/technical initiatives and architectural/technical service improvementsBasic Qualifications
You are proficient in one or more cloud providers, including AWS, Azure, GCP
You have experience on extensive collaborate with peers to design and run highly scalable and resilient solutions
You have experience writing applications using C#, Java, Python, or JavaScript
Have at least 14 years of relevant experience
Have an Engineering Degree(Preferably Computer Science)
Have experience with defining, recording, and monitoring SLO’s and SLI’s for services
Have experience handling scaling challenges in infrastructure and code
You have built automation to perform redundant tasks rather than manually handling toil
You have designed solutions with failure in mind to ensure reliabilityPreferable Qualifications
You have experience with container technologies: Kubernetes, Docker
You enjoy leading a team to solving technically complex challenges
Like pushing scalability to the limit with high throughput services
Enjoy working with a large variety of services and technologies
Like looking through metrics and logs as if it were a treasure hunt
You avoid logging into servers directly and prefer using automation and aggregation to manage them
Have extensive industry experience with public cloud software, infrastructure and architecture
Have experience in Agile Software Development and SAFe.
