Position: Senior Executive Sourcing & ProcurementQualification: BSc / MSC (Chemistry), MBA would be an added advantage (not a must)Experience: 5 YearsLocation: MumbaiJob summary:Analyze and source good quality vendor for R&D projects as per the R&D requirements .Source and delivery of all new API for New In-house / commercialized API projects Validate all new RMIs at R&D stage by providing samples & full TDP Validate QA of all new RMIs at Pilot & EB stage by providing various documents for code creation , QA Info record , technical agreement for KSM Clear all RA / IP for all new RM based on documents / responses arranged from vendors Arrange vendor responses to post fillings RA queries Prepare MIS report of the R&D development activityResponsibilities:1. Co-ordination with SAP team forcreating material master, PDL and QA for quality maintenance.
Creation of PO and follow up withvendor for timely delivery
Ensuring payment to vendor
2. Sourcing support for filing/query ,Arrange documents, impurities, and working standards required by various stakeholders (like DRA, AD, PDR, PDL, QA, QC etc.,) for Global product development/ filing. Timely responses for all pre and post filing queries from the vendors as per requirement of Regulatory
3.Supporting procurement of Innovator samples / Impurities / Working Standards for development, Pilot Bio
and Pivotal Bio
4. Co-ordination with R&D Teamfor indent, approval, TL for procurement.
Conversion of Internal PR to SAPPR for all developmental activities of Innovator samples and inform purchaser.
5. Supporting to logistic and delivery destination for supportdocuments for custom clearance and GRN purposes
Pick up arrangement- Liaise with shipper and courier for picking up the sample-
6. Co-ordination with logisticteam and courier for arranging duty , licence, shipping documents.-
7. After clearance getting debitedlicence and original back.
8. Ensure to timely delivery
9. Supporting for Procurement of Excipients-
Conversion of Internal PR toSAP PR for all developmental activities of Innovator samples and informpurchaser
10. In-house API transfer from variouslocation for development and Exhibit batches-
11. Tracking indent and completion of allSAP activities before PO release-
12. Co-coordinating with SAP team forcreation of material master-
13. Co-ordination with Supply chain andprocurement team for sales order-
14. Creation of STO
15. Databaseand support for Departmental activities
16. Storing and keeping track on allimportant documents upon receipt - DMF, VDQ, product list, updated GMP
certificate, etc. and retrieve as and when required.
17. Generate and maintain MIS on weekly and monthly basis.
Skills required:Sourcing, Negotiations, analytics, good knowledge of SAP and ExcelMust have experience in API/RMI sourcing &procurement and good exposure over the R&D development activity. Should have good market knowledge of Indian/Overseas API sources, be aware of new development in Pharma Industry and good experience over the technical activity at R&D. See Less
