This person has a strong background in front-end and back-end knowledge for consumer facing web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have the following experience and knowledge, but above all, must be passionate about being a part of the solution to deliver high-quality products with customer first approach:1. Manage/Mentor a team of Software & Support engineers and Lead end-to-end development and support for large-scale, eCommerce web applications, tools and/or software.2. Lead/participate in end-to-end support and development for large-scale, eCommerce web applications, tools and/or software.3. Lead building self-service tool, APIs, scripts for continuous automate the application monitoring software/tools .4. Improve, optimize, and identify opportunities for improved software development lifecycle/ Support.5. Troubleshoot Automation Failure Follow up with Cross-Functional Team6. Work closely a cross functional team to achieve a high level of code coverage.7. Provide leadership and technical skills to implement quality strategy, processes and standard methodologies that improve the application quality8. Understand how all of the system software ecosystem work together and develop quality assurance approaches that fit the overall strategy9. Collaborate with internal and external organizations as needed to put together the necessary automated quality verification process to drive strategic initiatives10. Be a champion of quality and operational excellence. Establish team metrics for measurement of quality and operational excellence and a consistent, regular process for assessment and improvements11. Attract, hire, and mentor Quality Engineering team12. Help define Technical Roadmap and own the entire product delivery end to end.13. Work very closely with various business stakeholders to drive the execution of multiple business plans and technologies.14. Technical Leadership: Drive high-level architectural decisions and designs based on business priorities and requirement15. Improve, optimise and identify opportunities for efficient software development processes16. Handle budget planning, spend and tracking for your area of responsibility. The budget will be across headcount and 3rd party contractors.Your Qualifications:1. An Engineering Degree - B.E/B.Tech/MS/PhD in any stream – Computer Science preferred.2. 12+ years of relevant experience with the following skills3. Strong Java/J2EE development track record4. A good understanding of CS Fundamentals, Data Structures, Algorithms and Problem Solving5. Currently hands on writing and reviewing code6. Understand the product and project management space with Agile methodologies.7. Experience across the product development SDLC8.
