Job Description
• The person selected would be responsible for developing and delivering high quality technical solutions to our PGC CRM team according to their unique needs.
• Building and configuring CRM forms, views, dashboards and workflows
• Working closely with BI project teams or other resources for completion of projects related to the CRM system
• Working with internal support members to resolve technical issues with servers, ETL packages, SQL, SSRS and other related technologies to the internal CRM system
• Coordinate with Business Systems Manager to ensure overall business solution is positioned and implemented in line with global architecture and roadmap
• Support of the application including fixing application issues
• Should be able to design, develop, build and deploy the CRM solutions
• Conduct unit testing and troubleshooting

• Responsible for self-development according to professional development planQualification Requirements:
• B.Tech/BE in Computer Science, MCA or related field with 3 – 6 years of hands on experience in developing the CRM applications, dashboards and reports.
• Experience of working on full life cycle implementations across multiple versions of Dynamics CRM/365
• Sound experience in Customizations plugins, scripting and form creation
• Good knowledge on C#, HTML, JavaScript, SQL Server is preferred along with the CRM knowledge.
• Strong understanding of and ability to configure security groups, roles and teams
• Good to have the knowledge on BI technologies (e.g. Microsoft Power BI, SSRS Reporting)
• Good knowledge in developing SSRS reports using Microsoft SQL and FetchXML
• Ability to create high quality functional documentation and strong requirements gathering skills.
• Familiarity with Data Export Service is preferable.
• Proven abilities to take initiative and be innovative
• Good to have the knowledge on Azure Dev ops /Agile Scrum model.
