Job Role/ Responsibilities
- Calling User database (User Engagement) giving info about the application/packages/courses available
- Checking if the User is facing any kind issues/problems in the application. If yes serving them with solutions/ escalating the issues to concerned departments
- Asking the user if there is any kind of Language Learning requirement.
- Closing daily minimum targets.
- Should be fluent in English Communication.
- Can work anytime between 9am-7pm (Part/Full time).
- Should be prompt and responsible.
- Target achiever.
- Salary : upto 25K per month
