About INSIGHT : One of the leading manufacturer of Eco Friendly Automated Industrial Component Cleaning Machines, Automated Electro Plating Plants, Automated Surface treatment Systems and Automated Material Handling Systems.
Role Summary:
• Responsible for generating the enquires & bag the orders
Support the sales dept to achieve the overall target
Accountabilities Performance Measures / Success criteria
1. Move in Chennai or designated area to make cold/ specific calls to generate /attend the customer enquiries Making company / product presentations
• Min 10 enquiries per month with 40 calls per month
• Min 10 quotations per month
2. F/U old quotations / meet existing customers to generate the business of spares/AMC. Help in collecting the outstanding payments
• Annual target Rs 3 Crore for 1st year
3. Marketing- Gather information of competitors machines, activities. Attend exhibitions/ seminar as per company policies
4. Reporting; Daily sales call reports & other as per ISO requirements
Educational Requirements:
• Graduation in Engineering Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
• 1-2 years’ experience as project sales engineer
• Experience of SPM desirable
• Bilingual Should be fluent in Tamil & English

• Non response to Customer Calls on real time basis (as our machines are part of core manufacturing activity for the customer)
Detailed Work Profile Just for your reference.:-
Ø Visiting and having detailed technical discussions with Top Auto OEM’s and their Tier 1, 2 & 3 auto components manufacturers in order to understand their detailed Technical requirements concerning the component cleanliness levels, surface conditions, type of component material, type of machine required, type of loading and unloading conditions, quantity to be handled, machine layout and plant layout etc.
Ø Machine design conceptualization, conducting trials on the components, discussing trials outcomes with the customers and defining the process specifications for the components and machine as well as defining the type automated of material handling systems required.
Ø Preparing detailed Techno Commercial offers with drawings regarding customized automated cleaning machines, automated material handling systems, automated electro plating systems such as chrome plating, phosphating, anodizing, zinc & silver plating etc.
Ø Coordinating with Various departments, such as Design, Production and Quality for various activities from initial design stages till erection and commissioning of the Project.
Ø Finding new application areas & markets.
Ø Handling Technical queries at the customer end and solving it.
Ø Concentrating to increase the market share of the organization.
Ø Attending techno commercial negotiation at customer end to close the deal.
Ø Participating in Industrial exhibitions to display the organizations capabilities and product range.
