§ Responsible for maximizing occupancies and achieve targets of the Hotel.§ Building & maintaining strong relationship with major corporate clients, travel agents & individuals to increase strategic growth of company.§ Keeping update of market development & tap opportunities to increase the business.§ Develop and promote product image and awareness by direct mail campaigns and attendance of key travel and tourism tradeshows.§ ImplementingSales, marketing & promotional strategies to increase revenue & profit.§ Interacting regularly with clients to ensure a committed & partnership based relationship.§ Preparesalesreport on weekly, monthly quarterly and yearly basis.§ Follow ups with the corporate & travel agents.§ Deliversalespresentation to the travel agents & corporate about ourhotels.§ Preparesalesproposals to clients incorporating clearly defined terms and conditions.§ Establish an effectivesalescall cycle for key customers, partners and contacts.
