They will be assigned a fixed no.of trainees for whom they will be the SPoC.
They will also be coordinating with the Trainers of the respective trainees
They will be responsible for the sessions to happen on time by coordinating with both Trainer and Trainee
They should maintain the data containing all of trainee's details
They should be able to keep track of a trainee's journey throughout the duration of his course
They will take care of the trainee’s LMS usage and push the Trainees to use LMS
They should be able to generate progress reports for the trainees based on their improvement monitored regularly
They should take feedbacks from trainees at regular intervals and also get written/audio/v

Responsibilities of a Relationship Manager for webinar sessions

They will be assigned fixed no.of webinars for which they will be responsible
They will be responsible for the webinars happening effectively and on time
They will be responsible for the trainees and trainers of those webinars
They need to ensure that the Trainers get their LPs on time on LMS
They need to call the trainees if they haven't attended a particular webinar
They need to maintain data for the webinars attended by each trainee and convey the webinars missed by trainees to them and prompt them to attend all webinars for effect learning
They need to generate attendance reports for all trainees.
They should take feedbacks from trainees at regular intervals and also get written/audio/video testimonials from trainees

Candidate should have good communication skills and should be good on computer system. See Less
