B.Sc./M.Sc./B.Pharma/ B. Tech/BE in Chemical/Biotechnology/Biochemistry/Life Science + MBA (preferred)
Lead, build, motivate and drive a team of young and energetic Account managers in a region.

  • Hire and build the right organization to achieve set objectives for the region
  • Put development plan in place for each team member
  • Coach and train people continuously as per the plan
  • Build performance driven culture and motivation in the sales team

Meets regional sales financial objectives

  • By winning new customers
  • Build a strong strategic relationship with large key accounts
  • Visit key customers regularly to build the strategic partnership
  • Drive Large Investment Projects in the region
  • Plan and execute short- and long-term strategy for the region
  • Make sure that region delivers sustainable and profitable growth
  • Track competition activities and prepare tactics to gain share
  • Keep expenses within the assigned limits

Should be able to work in a complex matrix global organization

  • Working closely with support functions in India and APAC achieve the set goals for the region
  • Network within the organization and drive resources to support customers and business growth
  • To work with supply chain on demand planning and forecasting
  • Prepare periodical business reports for senior management detailing health of the business in the region
  • Plan marketing activities in the region to build brand and leadership position
  • Willing to travel in India and internationally 50% of working time or more
