- Strong in sourcing profiles from various sources such as job portals / hunting for right candidates.
- Responsible for end to end hiring, must have worked on Niche requirements.
- Identify recruitment priorities and develops a strategy to fill the open positions.
- Coordinating for Interviews with the clients.
- Develops creative sourcing techniques to close the requirements.
- Perform through Initial Screening and conducting preliminary interviews for potential candidates.
- Experience in bulk-hiring and scheduling interview on a regular basis for customers whereever requried.
- Prior experience in the Recruitment in the agency background
- Excellent ability to conduct and administer various kinds of interviews and selection methods respectively.
