• Help build CAMP as a mediation service provider of national repute.
• Liaise with law firms and corporates to introduce mediation into their practice.
• Organize events/seminars/talks to increase awareness to mediation and CAMP.
• Research and write on mediation.

Job Requirements :

• Believes in collaborative dispute resolution & alternate dispute resolution
• Has about 10 years experience as a lawyer
• Has strong communication and writing skills
• Is self-motivated to lead projects

CAMP is founded by Laila Ollapally, who was also the Founding Coordinator of the Bangalore Mediation Centre, (the court annexed mediation program of the High Court of Karnataka). She has worked closely with the Supreme Court of India and other State High Courts to build their mediation programs. Laila has had extensive training in mediation including at Harvard law School and Stanford Law School. She has successfully mediated several hundred cases.
