Work with the core team towards helping the company become the largest Logistics management software provider in the world
Establish best practices and processes for Customer Retention in E-commerce, Retail and International geographies

What does the job involve?

Work with the core team towards helping the company become the largest Logistics management software provider in the world
Establish best practices and processes for Customer Retention in E-commerce, Retail and International geographies
Work closely with product team to understand the product USP, formulate implementation and customer onboarding while communicating business requirements to product team for continuous product innovation
Engage with CXOs of leading enterprises in successful product implementation and new initiatives
Actively participate in creating supporting material, including case studies, industry reports and customer success material
What are we looking for?
Role 1: Sr Manager / Associate Director, Program Management -Customer Retention
The candidate would lead customer retention function at ClickPost for both domestic and International geographies1. Experience of at least 4 years, with background in e-commerce, management consulting, SaaS or Logistics. MBA from a tier 1 B school would be a plus.2. Background in technology would be a plus
3. Ability to understand customer challenges, ideate solutions and create growth opportunities for the company based on the gaps in current customer experience
4. Brilliant communication skills
5. Ability to engage with domestic and international industry leaders, create and execute best practices and sell solutions to fast growing enterprises
