Job Title: Product Support Lead
• Looking for a mature individual in Bangalore with experience doing support for enterprise grade applications such as Oracle, Peoplesoft, Infor, Microsoft etc. • Resumes from ladies coming back after a break welcome. Flexible work hours and partial work from home are possible.
Responsibilities
• Looking for a mature individual in Bangalore with experience doing support for enterprise grade applications such as Oracle, Peoplesoft, Infor, Microsoft etc. • Measurement of Support performance using key metrics • Provide team leadership to a young support team in how to better service customers.
Required Technical Skills
• Ability to analyse the issues that are reported. • Experience using systems like SalesForce/ RightNow/ Jira/ Zendesk as systems to manage Support tickets is a MUST

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
