Your roleAn exciting opportunity is available in IMOFCS in which the candidate will be responsible for:• Ensuring Daily PnL and balance sheet is accurately reported to the FO
• PnL reconciliation between various management reporting tools
• Ensuring that the relevant PnL and Balance sheet positions are correctly reported at month ends
• Ensuring the performance of T0 v/s T1 checks and fit for purpose commentary
• Reconciliations to be completed and all issues identified/resolved
• Ensuring all controls are adhered to
• Coordinating the completion and delivery of the tasks allocated to the team
• Ensuring that the team's KPIs and SLAs are met
• Ensuring the maintenance of a strong internal control environment
• Monitoring control reports to ensure accuracy of data for P&L, validation and downstream processes
• Ensuring clean audit results from internal and external reviews
• Owning key stroke documentations for key PC processes, risk assessment and SOX documentation

Your team• The Integrated Middle Office (IMOFCS) team is part of Group FinanceYour expertiseo Tracking high priority initiatives for the team and identifying any obstacles
o Communicating initiative status to the management, pulling in other executives or team members as necessary
o Connecting teams that are working on similar initiatives
o Pulling together and managing project teams that require input from multiple areas within the company
o On strategic projects perform the initial research and diligence, for a no- or go-forward decision on the project
o Running the annual budget cycle process (for example, helping managers prepare their budget materials for presentation head of division)
o Project managing meeting preparation and creation of meeting materials
o Running Monthly business reviews & Performance review meetings
o Creating and updating monthly dashboards to track changes in key metrics
o Identifying and taking on ad hoc strategic projects (for example, executing key initiatives or closing any operational gaps)
o Providing decision support through data gathering, information analyzing, and presenting considerations to relevant stakeholders
o Designing and executing a corporate communication strategy
o Scheduling high priority meetings, Coordinating management calendars
o Taking meeting notes, tracking meeting follow-ups
o Overseeing diversity and culture initiatives
o Reviewing organizational structure, identifying any gaps
o Aligning internal processes
