Job Description
Presentable female Personal "Secretary to MD" required having good command over English and thorough knowledge of MS Office. to undertake following job responsibilities:-
- To control & organize all incoming & outgoing emails.
- Drafting letters & emails and taking dictation.
- Handle incoming & outgoing call of MD office
- Fix appointments with follow up
- Accompany Managing Director for official meetings & sales calls within Delhi/NCR.
- Ensure to finish pending work of the day before leaving office.
Office Timings 09:30-18:30 hrs (Mon-SAT)
CTC : 3.0 -3.6 Lacs p.a with all company benefits after confirmation like Bonus, Gratuity, CL & PL leave facilities
