Oracle Apps HRMS Functional We are looking for Oracle Apps HRMS_5 to 8 years_Mumbai/Bangalore Specification / Skills / Experience Strong understanding of Oracle ebiz HRMS modules like Core HR, Payroll, iRecruitment, OLM, OTL, SSHR and integration with other modules Full lifecycle implementation experience - This includes planning, analysis, design, configuration, CRP validation sessions, SIT and go-live Excellent Communication and client handling skills Experience in AIM methodology (i.e. BR.100, MD.50, CV.40, and TE.40) or OUM methodology Strong knowledge on Fusion HCM modules would be an added advantages, preferred Fusion HCM certified R12 Strong understanding of Payroll processes, pay elements, fast formulas & reporting. Excellent Communication and client handling skills Full life cycle implementation experience Experience in AIM methodology (i.e. BR.100, MD.50, CV.40, and TE.40) Knowledge on UK Legislation and UK Payroll is required Knowledge on SSHR/OLM/iRecruitment/OTL modules w...  See More
