Job Description

We expect to grow between 4-10 times in the next 1-3 years. Our operations and quality of service needs to match the increase in sales.We have a separate content team and evaluators for legal work.Operations and delivery team is needed to ensure that students are able to access various services as per company's metrics and measure the level of service rendered.Key tasks:1. Identification of all tasks for course delivery operations as business evolves/ new verticals are added.2. Process creation, implementation and optimization as new verticals are added/ complexity increases.3. Hiring people to fit new roles.4. KPI setting for the individual team members.5. Performance measurement and management (including firing)Role:
Work from homeRelevant skills and experience:
Ex-business owner
Experience in education industry
Should have led a team of 5-10 people
Good communication skills with strong English grammar.
Comfort and proficiency with Microsoft Excel & Google Sheets
