Overall oversight of operations in city, including:Pollinators (Sales Team)Oversight of our Pollinator team alongside the sales manager (spot checks)
Managing the team meetings of pollinators on a weekly basis
Conducting monthly stock check
Customer verification on collections, repayment etc
Asset management
Printing business cards/ office stationery/ invoice book etc
Managing the collection and data entry in Salesforce
Ensure compliance of sales vs collections through Salesforce
Community data validation
Monitor repayments, default rates, in field installations and regular spot checks in the field
Assist the pollinator onboarding process
Stock ManagementProcurement of stock and issuing
Kolkata stock maintenance and reporting
Validating Pollinator stock
Manage inventory, returns and replacements
Coordinating with vendors as and when requiredDocument VerificationInvoice verification
