Job Responsibilities for Quality analyst :-

1. Monitor calls as per the prescribed guidelines and as per the schedule
2.Provide feedback to teams on the basis of their performance
3. Conduct briefings for teams
4. Conduct floor improvement activities on a regular basis
5. Identify unethical practices/behavior and highlight
6. Inputs to be provided to meet the operational goals
7.Ensure regular meetings with Quality TL (weekly) & (monthly) to be informed of any developments relating to the performance of the team and updates received
8.Business Intelligence and Analytics
9. Generate the Quality reports and communicate the same to the Quality Supervisor as per the guidelines

10. Provide Training

Salary: 13 k-25 k in hand

EXPERIENCE: 0-1 Year
