What You Would Be Doing

• Convert the leads & prospects into customers
• Increase number of Free trial users to our portal
• Convert the Free trial users to Paid users
• Provide Pre sales counselling and advise the students regarding various relevant courses
• Guide various customer segments towards the right products, knowledge of our products necessary
• Review and propose information on various courses, employment opportunities, certification options
• Ensure higher conversion by being single point of interface with all customers
• Coordinate with respective team for the product services
• Ensure good customer service & grievances management in consultation with Centre Manager
• Gather & Collate accurate client information on an enquiry form and timely updating on portal
• Maintain inventory of students kit and ensure issuing to students as per process
• Ensure conversion of from telephonic leads and referrals
• Maintain confidentiality of data
• Efficient & appropriate communication to students related batch details & timelines
• Proactively up selling and cross selling relevant products
