- Responsible for developing, implementing and executing strategic marketing plans
- Manage and coordinate activities in digital marketing, alliances, media, content and creative marketing
- Ensure that high-quality promotions are delivered effectively, efficiently and consistently, whether it is direct or indirect communications.
- Manage budgets and targets for marketing team
- Research and explore innovative and creative ways and methods of promotions
- Influence present and future products and services by evaluating current and future market trends
- Lead marketing team by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
- Strong experience in B2C marketing, preferably to women users in metros
- Strong brand knowledge: brand custodian, brand guidelines
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing: social media (organic and inorganic), SEO/SEM, email
- Strong managerial and leadership skills
