● Use data-driven marketing strategy to identify trends/patterns and key opportunities for innovation, make optimization recommendations across the buyer's journey
● Lead content, product marketing, communications and brand design to ensure unified marketing execution for brand awareness via email, phone calls, social media, digital ads etc.
● Performing of activities towards Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) of Website
● Collection of customer data and analyses interactions and visits, plus uses this information to create comprehensive reports and improve future marketing strategies and campaigns
● To grow and expand company social media presence into new social media platforms, plus increases presence on existing platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram
Role Requirements
● Excellent communication skills in English (Written and Verbal)
● Work experience of minimum 4 years, preferably in IT/ITES company.
● Good knowledge of Digital, SEO (On/off-page), Social media marketing, Blogging and Content writing
● Any certification will be an added advantage (Preferably Google Analytics Certification, HubSpot Certification)
● Comfort with email and marketing automation tools, spreadsheets.
