Job Description
- At least 10 years overall experience with 5 years in core people management
- Exposure to ITSM Operations Management is a must
- Hands on experience in Incident/Problem/Change Management and understanding of Event Management.
- Knowledge of various ITSM & Event Management Tools
- Experience in Service Design of ITSM processes
- Experience in Service Transition of ITSM functions
- Designing, Forecasting and Solutioning of ITSM proposals
- Exposure to RIM/Application Support Management of large clients across various geographical locations
- 5 years of experience in people management, preferably in a manager role with direct reports, people managers from the Service Operations domain having played the Process Owner role will be preferred
- SLA & OLA Management
- Stake Holder & Vendor Management
- Understanding of Infrastructure, Application & Network layers
- Exposure/knowledge of future computing solutions and evolving automation te
