Empowering Women Cohort to ‘Rise’

Aligning with the belief that we only ‘Rise’ when the whole ecosystem rises, Mahindra has always been at the forefront when it comes to promoting gender diversity. The organisation has a structured framework to attract women talent as well as onboard and develop them. 

In our code of conduct, we practice our values, especially the dignity of individuals, and there is no perceived pay gap for the women cohort. All being equal, we encourage hiring more women in our recruitment process.
