As a Barclays Lending Operations Manager, you will be responsible for engaging with different stakeholders and business partners across different business functions and groups to support the continuous improvement of operational processes. You will be the subject matter expert – proactively contributing to team performance through maintenance of our lending processes, supporting audit activities and ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements.What will you be doing?

· Previous extensive experience in Investment Banking Lending Operations· Good knowledge of Payments, Reconciliation, ACBS &LIQ platforms and Facility Agreements· Good influencing and negotiation skills and excellent communication and interpersonal skills· Strong academic background, ideally educated to MBA level · Project management experience (Prince2 qualifications desirable)Skills that will help you in the role:
· Knowledge of quality assurance, control and monitoring and complaints management experience· Experience and the ability to build relationships with senior stakeholdersWhere will you be working?
