Des/ Bachelors/Masters in HCI, Psychology, Human Factors or related field from IIT/NID or other top Design schools• 10 to 12 years of Professional Experience• Must be able to provide portfolio of user experience design work along with UCD process and demonstrate track record of bottom line impact resulting from UXSkills• Clear understanding of Usability & UCD process• User Experience Design, Information Architecture (IA), Interaction Design, Visual Design or related fields in the design of web and mobile applications• Creation of pre-design phase artifacts such as journey maps, user stories, personas, wireframe, etc.• Proven ability in both Visual Design and Interaction Design for Enterprise Web/SaaS/Mobile applications• Practice in user research techniques and tools, including customer interviews, usability testing, contextual inquiry and un-facilitated techniques• Fluent with software tools for wireframes and prototypes such as Axure, Balsamiq, Invision and Sketch/Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator• Fluent with Lean Innovation like Lean canvas, Design Thinking Tools• Be able to create concepts & design for consumer grade application• Able to iterate rapidly and create multiple solutionsSoft skills• Receives, weighs, and integrates diverse feedback from a multi-disciplinary team• Strong Driver for Design Process in Organization• Able to work cooperatively• Experience working with remote teams and the use of remote tools• Engaging & convincing communication skills• Be able to justify & articulate design/concept with ease• Strong presentation skillsDescription• Works at a peer-level with Executives and Senior Product Management and Engineering to understand requirements & strategy• Trusted collaborator on product/domain direction and key decisions• Deftly handles team politics; knows when to push back and when to acquiesce• Actions have a measurable impact on both the product experience and their teammates• Demonstrates design leadership within the team by advocating effectively for the users• Contributes to and promotes the mission and goals of UX both internally and externally• Works closely and effectively with other UXers, managers, Product Management, and Engineering; knows when to seek help• Able to review and critique the work peers & provide constructive feedback See Less
