The tech lead would be responsible for technical delivery on one large project or multiple smaller projects . Our area of business is in providing business solutions using Open Source Products. Technologies are primary around Java/JavaScript and Python/JavaScript . Most implementation would be implemented with a multi-tier architecture on the cloud and could have some elements running on mobile/tablets.

Technically lead a team for developing a solution esp. around design, development, and engineering practices

As a lead be an exemplary member of the team participating in all development activities

Work with project manager/scrum master to plan, track and deliver iteration releases according to the deadlines agreed upon

Engage with customers on business requirements, technical solution and project status.

Engage and provide consulting support to customer teams on technical aspects of solutions

Mentor/train less experienced members of team on technical aspects
