  • Driving pipeline insight and governance across Technology Operations

  • With other teams (e.g. Service Management, Service Excellence) to ensure the creation of all performance cycle collateral e.g. Scorecard
  • Partner with leadership to ensure accountability is clear, ensuring governance is strong and accurate
  • Developing and operating project and financial governance
  • Responsible for leading the effective management of the Business Management & Reporting Team, coaching and developing others, driving a high standard of performance
  • Reporting analystsexamine the unique needs and concerns of a business to develop relevant practices and procedures for preparing business reports. This includes creating and maintaining efficient and secure systems for recording data and producing relevant documentation
  • Working with Finance and procurement to ensure cost control, purchase approval and reporting processes are in place for CAPEX and OPEX demands with other teams ( eg. Service management, Service excellence) to ensure the creation of all perforamnce cycle collateral eg. Scorecard
  • Informing Leadership team of different aspects of the Business, in order to help them make better-informed decisions
