Job Description

Purpose of the job:To Drive the GTM and Sales operations requirements for the e-commerce channel.Key responsibility:
  • Plan and execute effective long range sales growth plan
  • Manage accurate stock planning and logistics (Launch Estimates)
  • Manage sales forecast at monthly level
  • Effectively look at both internal and external data sets to make robust growth plans
  • Executes trade marketing inputs (schemes/activation) more effectively looking at the investment & opportunity to gain/maximize sales from the channel
  • Understand retailer dynamics and engage with national and regional retailers to represent GCPL brands strongly.
  • Ensure category management elements are effectively executed across all relevant retailers.
  • Keep all the outstanding in check as per ‘terms of trade’
  • Execution of various merchandising and activation for assigned retailers/geographies platform

  • Post Graduate degree (MBA)/ Graduate with total experience of 2-5 years in Sales (General Trade/ Modern Trade)/ Digital Marketin
