Summary
The Jr./ Sr. Marketing Executive / Business Development -position will assist the marketing/ Business Development team in the implementation of all marketing activities, working closely to increase & drive sales, and ultimately generate new business leads. This is an entry/Senior level marketing position with exposure to multifaceted areas of our firm in which full training/Orientation, would be provided.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.
Tasks can involve:
- Contribute to, and develop, marketing plans and strategies;
- Evaluating & Conducting marketing campaigns; (Email, Phone, Linkedin, Direct)
- Conducting market research, (using customer questionnaires, Survey and focus groups);
- Create, Organize & ensure effective distribution of marketing materials; managing the production of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters, flyers, newsletters, e-newsletters;
- Communicating with target audiences and managing customer relationships;
- Liaising and networking with a range of stakeholders including customers, colleagues, suppliers and partner organizations;
- Sourcing advertising opportunities and placing adverts in the media/ online directories / Social Media; (Linkedin, Twitter, Facebook etc.,)
- Create, maintain and update customer databases, CRM;
- Implement marketing directives and sales, to engage consumers and assist in relationship development with Raysoft Existing Customers.
- Contact new /Existing- potential clients / customers about existing products/services and assess the need for any additional features / upgrades and enter information as part of the consumer feedback loop.
- Collaborate on new Email / Linkedin & Other Marketing campaigns and strategies to increase market exposure and new business
- Track and report measures of success in the market
- Writing and proofreading copy;
- Organizing and attending events such as conferences, seminars, receptions and exhibitions;
- Supporting the marketing manager and other colleagues.
- Prepare Bid drafts /RFP Responses/ Quote presentation within established guidelines and due approval.
- Adhere to, and sign a copy of, the Raysoft Code of Conduct for Ethics in Business Development.
- Maintain a professional and courteous manner with all prospective clients.
- Maintain an awareness of current and continual changes in the marketplace and within the Raysoft system to be able to properly screen prospective Leads & Projects.
- Accurately and truthfully explain all benefits and costs of Raysoft Services to each prospective Business Lead and describe the mission and objectives of Raysoft.
- Collect payment from Raysoft clients.
- Maintain established minimum standard of performance.
- Other duties may be assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities
This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
Customer Support (10% of job)
- Handle incoming & outgoing correspondences for Raysoft Projects & for BPO, QC, SW, and WEB & SD teams of Raysoft & in Raysoft designed system & tools.
- Create & Maintain documentation for correspondences, meetings, & other defined Support activities.
- Be familiar with software/tools used by the teams; attend training courses as needed / provided to stay current.
Non-Essential Functions:
Office Support (10% of job)
- Schedule meetings BPO, QC, SW, WEB & SD for teams
- Send out Daily, Weekly & monthly mailings

Education and/or Experience
- Degree in Arts/Science, with One to Three Years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
