• determine required IT solutions, agree these with the business and assist in implementing them

- Proficient understanding of (IB) banking products and Basel norms
- Business Analysis methodology & experience; independent, systematic and structured approach and way of working (e.g. Use Cases, Activity Diagrams, UML)
- Good understanding of structured data, databases, query and reporting tools (SQL)
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- good communication and interpersonal skills, enjoy working and coordinating among various stakeholders
- High awareness of quality and deadlines
- able to work independently as well as part of the wider team
