As an End User Services Onboarding Analyst you’ll play an important role in driving operational excellence in the organization. You will be working across a global function of 600+ staff and business stakeholders in each UBS division.Your expertise• The ability to build relationships quickly and work across organizational boundaries
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive outcomes
• The experience in working in a large, complex organization
• Previous experience in Project Management and ITIL Service Management and Onboarding is an advantage
• Strong in analytical skills, excellent in planning and paying attention to details
• Advanced in Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to work under pressure to strict deadlines and to cope with a rapidly changing environment3
• Delivery focused and service oriented, always looking to go the extra mile
• Pro-active, detail-oriented, forward-thinking and output-driven
• Very organized with the ability to commit and prioritize tasks.
