·Responsible forService-Nowplatform Administration, Development, Documentation and Technical support·Design, implement, test and deploy various IT Service Management modules like Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Release Management, CMDB and Asset Management·Good Knowledge ofService-Nowreporting module/Performance Analytics.·Understand, analyse and implement changes in ServiceNow Platform·Keep track of new upgrade features in ServiceNow platform and learn·Develop custom applications in ServiceNow and deploy them to ServiceNow Store. Work towards getting the apps certified by ServiceNow·Experience working on CMDB·Mid-Server Configuration·Excellent knowledge of Java Scripting, SQL, Jelly, and HTML/CSS, XML, AJAX, Glide Record and Integration·IntegratingService-Nowwith other Applications using Web-Services APIs e.g. SOAP, REST, JSON etc.·Minimum 2-6 Year of relevant experience inService-NowAdministrator and Developer.·Must have received hands-on training on ServiceNow Platfo...
