1. Root cause elimination to improve and maintain Freight IQ at 99%
2. Weekly Reports and Presentation deck to be shared with Cluster & GSC leadership team
3. Create a robust and transparent MIS and RCA mechanism with co-ordination from Cluster / GSC top management across functions
4. Incident management coordinate with cross functional teams
5. Continuously improve the invoicing process across functions to maintain and surpass 99% Freight IQ levels.
6. Stakeholder management - Cross functional coordination to ensure smooth execution of ideas
7. Maintain IQ Email Inboxes.
8. Study and provide data to various cross functional teams for decision making for all activities that may lead to a credit memo.We are looking for
• Minimum of 5 years Industry experience & strong knowledge of End to End Maersk Systems & Processes, good communication, analytical & reporting skills, availability to work in shifts.
Required Business/ Technical Knowledge
• General Shipping Knowledge, GCSS and SAP system basicsUpstream and downstream functions. BW reports
•Expertise in SQL Programming and Python scripting would be a desirable trait. See Less
