• Design and develop effective training materials in compliance with the ADDIE model.
• Analyze the source content and work with Subject Matter Experts to create training outline.
• Create design documents, storyboards, job aids, and assessments in adherence to approved design standards and templates.
• Visualize and develop highly interactive and engaging courses using authoring tools
• Review course deliverables
• Coordinate with Learning Operations team to deploy and test the courses in the Learning Management System.
• Create project plans and manage timelines for the courses assigned
