Job Description

We are looking for a self driven individual and strategist who is creative, collaborative, and has a passion for Sales. If that is you, here is an opportunity for a fast paced career filled with learning and growth in a vibrant and challenging environment and own the top line revenue targets of the organization.Responsibilities
  1. Communicate and nurture influential relationships with prospects
  2. Proactively assess, clarify, and validate their needs on an ongoing basis
  3. Own conversion of these prospects into paying customers
  4. Capture all communication with prospects into CRM tool for further analysis and reporting
  5. Consistently achieve revenue targets in line with business objectives
  6. Build steady pipeline of confirmed orders for each month
  7. Prepare daily sales reports - prospects handled, orders closed, revenue generated
  8. Coordinate with cross functional teams to deliver positive customer experience as per AapkaPainter standards throughout customer journey

Desired Skills and Experience :
  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  3. Multilingual Proficiency in English, Hindi, Kannada/Telugu (preferred)
  4. Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints.
  5. Persistent and results-oriented.
  6. Strong decision-making skills
  7. Willingness to work in a fast paced environment / start-up mindset
