We are looking for a high performing Inside Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets.   • You will be responsible for maximizing our sales potential, generating leads and closing deals for the company. We expect you to be highly motivated and self-driven. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
  • You will be given the flexibility of working part time or full time, from office or from home. Some in-office touchpoints will be required periodically, hence only Gurgaon and NCR aspirants are invited. Initial training will be done in-office.
Here are some of the key responsibilities:
  • Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
  • Creating a list of target accounts based on the company strategy
  • Identifying contact information for target accounts
  • Emailing and calling to reach the contacts
  • Participating in LinkedIn/ other relevant forums where leads can be found
  • Creating relationships with prospects to identify opportunities
Desired Skills and Experience:
  • BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field
  • Proven 3+ years of work experience in sales and 1+ years in inside sales
  • Ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Strong business sense and IT industry expertise
  • Understand technology adequately to be able to have initial conversations with a client
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Should have experience working in a global virtual environment and should have experience in working with international clients
  • Self-starter with ability to work with limited guidance and independently
  • Be willing to get their hands dirty
  • Should be proficient with MS Office tools
  • International exposure a plus
  • Evening/ Night coverage needed for US/ Europe connect
