- In partnership with the global senior leadership team, set strategy and direction for the Indian market, aligned with Purpose's global strategy.
- Manage and grow the India customer base.
- Provide a summary of the stakeholder landscape to inform future proposals.
- Build relationships with external stakeholders, including government officials.
- Coach, develop, and grow the team.
- Minimum of 10 years of senior business development experience in India, with a strong track record of achievement, ideally in a social impact context;
Experience building partnerships with corporates, philanthropists, and government; - Strong awareness and expertise in at least one of Purposes campaign focus areas;
- Track-record of having built and sustained team culture.
