Looking for an experienced visa counsellor having knowledge about CANADA /AUSTRALIA/NEWZEALAND PR PROCESS.· Must have Minimum 2 years of work experience· Should achieve sales target as per laid down targets from the walk-ins, other QA's & referrals (as per product allocation), convince and convert.· Experienced (in the same field) candidate will be preferred.· Acquisition of new Clients & follow up with existing ones.· Effective Convincing and Selling Skill· Achieve the monthly targets as specified.· Should have inside sales/direct sales experience· Should be target oriented and self-driven· Should Maintain office decorum· Should maintain the pipeline and Income report· Should able to prepare Daily/Monthly & Management Report· Should be able to do Seminars/webinars whenever required· Should able to know documentation(profile creation) part for the PR· Maintain a conversion percentage of Minimum 40% of QA to Client.· Outgoing and positive with a passion to learn and grow Team s...
