Description:The IM Project Manager is responsible for managing projects related to the development and maintenance of Information Management solutions for the India roof.He/she should be able to lead projects with limited supervision and work with leadership to perform evaluations & feasibility reviews of creative concepts and technology solutions.Qualification & Experience:1) Engineering or IT graduate with 8+ years of experience in managing software development.Projects and customization area preferably with at least.a. 3-5 years on software/tool development in any technology.b. 2-4 years on project management.c. 2-4 years of business process analysis is a must.d. 2-3 year of transnational experience is a must.2) Software quality management awareness.3) Awareness in programming language (C++, .Net, JAVA) and database (SQL Server, Oracle).4) Awareness of Waterfall / Agile/ SAFe project methodologies although certification would be a strong plus.Responsibilities:

  • Define, sets up and manage a project / programme structure to achieve the project / programme targets. She defines, uses and sustains resources, and support team development with the appropriate competences, over the project lifecycle.
  • In the context of the agile methodology (agile scrum or scaled agile: SAFE, scrum of scrum, etc.), the PM takes specific roles and performs a subset of the activities above in line with the role’s responsibilities.
  • Establish suitable stakeholder networks and manage them effectively.
  • Manage and monitor partners & subcontractors.
  • Identify, assess risks and opportunities in her area of duty.
  • The PM must work closely with business partners and key contacts, including their business models & operations, addressing major challenges and the resulting expectations and needs.
