We are looking for talented individuals with the experience and motivation to join our innovative team.PURPOSE OF THE POSITION§ Provide HR support to all Precisely employees in India (currently, approximately 100 employees in two locations), and assist with employment issues in APAC region as well as broader global HR initiatives. Participate and assist in relevant projects as required.§ Recommendation, development and implementation of the Company’s HR activities and procedures ensuring alignment with Corporate and Business Unit’s objectives.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - Other duties may be assigned.o Work closely with India HR Head and Site Lead to customize and roll-out global policies and practices at site.o Partner with HRBPs in other locations and businesses to share and adopt best practices.o Support Talent Acquisition Manager and hiring managers with timely fulfillment of staffing requirements. May assist with coordinating interviews and screening candidateso Onboarding – provide support and advice to managers, act as the point of contact for newcomers, organize induction dayso Assess employee development needs, make recommendations, and implement appropriate solutions; provide access to appropriate training and development initiatives (both online and classroom), including coaching and programs (in partnership with HR leadership team in the United States)o Promote and drive employee engagement (action plans and follow up)o Provide HR advice, administer tools and HRIS systems, and support managers and employees on all HR policies and procedures (including on-boarding, termination, performance management, discipline, etc.)o Provide local support and oversight of corporate HR initiativeso Ensure inquiries and issues are handled in a timely and effective manner according to process and legal requirements with professionalism, fairness, and confidentialityo Manage and implement ad hoc HR projects and programs to support overall business objectiveso Assist on occasion with HR issues that arise in other locations or countries (<10% of time)o Execution of performance management and talent development initiatives.o Assist with Employee Engagement Action Planning & Performance Appraisals.o Manage exit process for the site.o Participate in the ongoing review and implementation of new HR policies, procedures and manualso Enable continuous learning and development of talent. Continuously upskilling the workforce capabilities specific to each business unit by focusing on skill gaps, new technologies and business prioritieso Bringing in industry best practices and be responsible to introduce new-age talent practices to PBESSENTIAL EDUCATION, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS: To perform this job listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (Competencies, Education, Training, Work Experience, Specialized)· Relevant education (typically through a university degree with emphasis in Human Resources)· 5 – 8 years of progressive experience as an HR generalist or equivalent; professional certifications a plus· Practical knowledge of all functional disciplines of traditional Human Resources Management (Employee Relations, Performance Management, Compensation, Benefits, Health and Safety, Talent Acquisition)· Practical and solid knowledge of all applicable HR compliance and regulations in India· Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive materials and information· Strong understanding of and commitment to an environment of respect and teamwork· Fluent in English fluency in local language(s) is also required (Kannada, Hindi preferred)· Strong verbal and written communication skills· Excellent skills in building working relationships and rapport with employees and the wider team· Highly organized and able to manage to deadlines with minimal oversight in a fast-paced, dynamic, high-energy environment· Comfortable working as an individual contributor and collaborating with a dispersed team across multiple states and countries See Less
