Job Description

  • Manpower Planning and Projections: strong focus on job and candidate profiling and timely provision for appropriate Manpower as per Business needsPerformance Management: alignment of individual performance objectives with critical business goals; identification of development needs; inputs and facilitation to ensure quality of PMS; and to support execution of development plans
  • Talent Identification: identification and classification of talent pool with Line Managers and discussions for the identified talent pool wrt to critical positions
    Organizational Capability Development: to focus on developing people capability to achieve sustainable business growth in line with the overall objectives of the organization by focusing on Soft Skills Training
  • Employee Communication & Involvement: to have appropriate Reward and Recognition programme and initiatives for enhancing employee engagement. Also to have processes for communication on HR policies, organizational changes and business results.

  • Third Party staffing: monitoring Outsourcing job provider within Nestl as per guidelines defined.
  • Compensation & Benefit: Communicate and implement the C&B policies and processes as outlined for the Company and act as point of contact for all C&B related aspects at the location.
  • HR Statutory Compliance: responsible for the overall HR compliance on Labour Law front in the various functioning of the Branch operations.
    Ensures that he/she adheres to the Nestle India Charter (Nestle India Policy on supply and distribution of Infant Milk Substitutes and Infant Foods in India).He/she must bear in mind that the promotion and protection of Breast Feeding is important for the infants health. He/she is expected to refresh his/her knowledge on the Indian Charter (Nestle India policy on supply and distribution of Infant Milk Substitutes and Infant Foods in India) on a periodic basis.
