As an intern, one will get an opportunity to gain some understanding towards the business side as well which will be a great learning exposure.Roles & Responsibilities:Assist employee engagement, talent acquisition and HR operations
Contribute to employee experience processes for building a healthy work environment
Planning and execution of Monthly engagement events
Run Rewards & Recognition Programme
Work towards Corporate Social Responsibility
Onboarding of new joinees – Floor tour, welcome emails, introduction to the managers and assign buddy
Coordination with various stakeholders and leaders
Recruitment by using social media job portals, databases, referrals etc.
Coordinate interviews
Closure of general employee queries
It is a 6 day working profile
Requirements:
Excellent written and communication skills
Learning attitude
Quick understanding ability
Ability to prioritize tasks and deliver within timelines
Required education and experience:
Full time MBA in Human Resource
