Must have excellent communication skillsScreen the candidates CV to check for job suitabilityDo screening interview and Schedule interviewsfollow up till joining the companyPs: This will be a commission based job. We will provide you job portals and other resources as needed and you will get 20% of revenue per closure. In the frst month if you close atleast 2 roles as we beleive you can then from next month we will pay 7,000/-INR till you dont start getting your comission amount on regular basis.
