Job Title: HR Recruiter Consultants
Shift Timings: 9:30 am to 6:00 pm +(2nd & 4th Saturday Full day off)
Location: Pitampura - Delhi (walking distance from Pitampura Metro Station)
Salary:Best of Industry Norms + incentives
Responsibilities and Duties
-
Responsible for identifying talent that meets the specific client's requirements.

Responsible for handling end to end recruitment assignments for various clients.
-
Involved in sourcing profiles through Domestic job portals.
-
Utilize internal database to identify potential candidates.
-
Develop creative way to attract the right people would be interested the opportunity.
-
Match the skill sets of the candidates to the job description provided by analyzing and screening their resumes.

Conduct skills testing and reference checks.

Create a strong talent pipeline
