Job Responsibility for HR Recruiter:1. Sourcing candidates through job portals, social platforms and other relevant resources2. End to End Recruitment Cycle
3. Posting the job requirements on different portals
4. Coordinating with the management on Profile feedbacks.
5. Following up the candidates till joining.
6. Maintaining Database and reporting to management.
